Rang Mark and explained I had a garage floor that had been painted that I wanted replaced with a hard wearing epoxy resin with flakes.He asked some questions and explained the process then gave a verbal quote. I accepted and arranged an appointment.He arrived and set out some samples and then discussed the time frame and process involved.He then followed this up with a written formal quote.Mark always turned up on time and always called ahead if he was going to be delayed.
